Further Research

In my further research, I have some experiments to deeper learning both application. I learns Scalabel Vector Graphics (SVG) standard which this standard have some parameters, they are size point, colours, shape and others. SVG picture have differents with bitmap standard picture such as:

• In SVG standard, painter can change his/her desaign picture without destroy old design or that picture (in SVG format picture).
• SVG have high quality picture results because it have some layers to perfect every part. It causes SVG picture look more real like original objects.

Advantages & Disadvantages

Every application have some advantages and disadvantages. This comparison is very usefull to know differences about that. That differences writed in this difference table:

• Inkscape

          Advantages:

1. Inkscape have high quality colours because there have flat colours, gradients, and transparency colour levels.
2. High accuracy images can process perfectly. Inkscape have vector graphic standard where painter can change every part in his/her picture without change image quality.
3. Inkscape is very good to process complex objects because it have detail parameters. The example of detail parameters are lines, fill colours, layers, position, and others.
4. Inkscape can correct every line part with Edit Paths By Nodes tool.
5. For some people who they work in graphic design field, this application is familiar as same as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator in Windows operating system. 

         Disadvantages:

1. Difficult to learn this application for beginners because Inkscape have many complex features 
2. Need patience and precision to produce best picture 
3. Inkscape can not save the documents to some document file formats like jpeg,jpg,png, and other bitmap 
4. Computer work is hard when I make many layers or objects in one worksheet. 

• KolourPaint

         Advantages:

1. KolourPaint is easy to learn because this application has basic features 
2. KolourPaint is similar with Windows graphic application, it is Paint. 
3. It can save the documents into jpg, jpeg, png,and  bmp document file formats 

        Disadvantages:

1. KolourPaint only can produce standard bitmap images 
2. It can’t process to complex objects 
3. Only have flat colours 
4. It has not high accuracy editing, especially in line parts
